About Studio Lacks
We are three artists from Mainz with backgrounds in graffiti, typography, and design. Together, we create murals, workshops, and commissioned works for both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Our focus is on wall design – from the initial idea and design to the final implementation. The design is a central component of our work and is always developed in relation to the location and its context.
By combining our different backgrounds, we create individual designs that combine graphic, typographic and illustrative elements.

Studio Lacks was born out of a shared interest in designing walls and facades and helping to shape urban space.
We work collaboratively, combining our different approaches into a shared design. This results in a distinctive style that develops from the interplay of our individual styles.
